Returns & Refunds Policy

For returns to be credited to an account, the goods should be returned within 14 days from the date it was shipped to you. Items should be in the same condition as it was sent to you, unused, unwashed, untorn, and should be sent in the same packaging. Shipping charges will be borne by the customers. No provision of refund on any sold goods. Once sold they can only be exchanged for another product if they meet our terms and conditions. The exchange must be done within 7 days after we satisfied all the causes of return, if the customer fails to repurchase the item within 7 days, a request for return will not be entertained.

PROCEDURE: Customer should e-mail the necessary complaints about the product. If it finds satisfactory then only the product will be passed for return and exchange.
